I led the brand identity design for Penny Golf, a women’s golfwear brand rooted in the laid-back ideal, “swing easy.” Named after one of the founders' beloved golden retriever, the original “Penny” inspired a brand personality that’s effortlessly relaxed. Drawing from her mellow spirit—and the organic shapes of sand traps, greens, and water hazards—the hand-drawn wordmark features fluid, interconnected letterforms that capture the brand’s playful and unhurried approach to the game. In addition to the wordmark, I designed a poppy symbol for Penny Golf to link the Californian and English roots of their two founders.
